This song has a fast beat but is still somewhat "mellow"... very pleasant and uplifting. The melodies have a lyrical quality, which makes them memorable. Basically, this song just sounds inspired to me. There are plenty of changes, etc. Technically, this MOD has all you could ask for. The samples are good, and the instrumentation is right on. There's quite a lot of effects, which are effective and not overbearing. Some stereo as well.
