Oh ,a remake of a classic one. I like the game BALLBLAZER but it was some time ago when I played it. So I listened again to the original music. I think it´s quite recognizeable. The baseline is the same. The beat reminds me of Kraftwerk. Luckily Mulder hasn´t tried to remake the nerving and confusing main "melody" from the original. He added some own simple melodies. Only in the beginning and at the end he uses the original panic melody in order to remind the original properly. In some patterns the original sampled music has been used together with a beat. Agent Mulder saved the original style. Due to the samples the song sounds like an Amiga mod. Some samples are really bad and I think everyone knows the bass samples. The synth-wind in to beginning nerves me. The speech sample is a good idea and fits. The XM is tracked simple but I like the idea and so this song has a classic plus. Esspecially the usage of the original sampled music and the confusing synth in the beginnig and at the end are good ideas.
