I first heard this one many years ago in an old classic shoot'em up game named Ravage, and it is still in a playlist I listen to pretty often !
But even after probably more than a hundred times listening to it, I still can't figure what the voice sample is saying. Could anyone help me with that ? Is it even english ? Looks like the artist is french, but even considering this I can't make it out.
