One word. Weird. Weird time signatures, weird note selection, just weird! It sounds funny and kid-y for a little while, but the pattern with 68 rows really disrupts the rhythm. There is also a lot of dissonance throughout. The bass and drums are good, as well as some synths. The part starting at 1:49 is less weird. :)
