Emerald Green Turns To Sapphire Red by Ivanhoe 7 October 1999 Length: 4'07 e-mail: iviel_foradell.ee website: http://www.cdd.ee The most agressive song I've ever made. Well, at the same time it has its melodic moments... Have you ever heard a hard rock song with two piano solos instead of the lead guitar? Guess, no... OK, here's your chance Bass Drum RimShot

This song starts out really good with a very good guitar riff and fitting drums. It is the next part which is totally questionable. The composer brings some horrific piano-melody into the song. The melody in itself is not even good enough to be in ant song, and in this song it sounds totally out of key in most places. What saves this song from beeing a total disaster is the extremely good guitar-channels and drums which gives this song an avarage rating anyway. Not much to say here, the composer knows how to make good guitar riffs and a good drum beat, which is fitting. Samples are in most cases quite clean and free from noise. Some loops could have been better and smoother but this can not make up for the bad piano-lead unfortunately.
