The story of Faxanadu
starts in the town of
Eolis, which once
boasted peace and
prosperity.  Yet, now
it's on the verge of
destruction.  Meteors
have rained down on
the World Tree causing
monsters to run amuck.
The wells have dried
and the won in ruin.
Your job to restore
the wells and save the
town from the monsters
attacks.
