This tune is a pretty catchy yet somewhat short one. It's got a few great themes, and some interesting ideas. There's not a strong main melody in it, but it does have it's moments. It can fit a wide variety of "classifications" but it seems like it would fit a game menu or something. It's short; just as soon as it really gets going, it's over; but it does/can loop. The samples and overall lack of a definate melody nonwithstanding, the bass sample does lay down a nice little groove. Technically, there's nothing really impressive in this tune. The effects used are all very basic, and the samples are stock samples or are right out of a synth. There are some basic volume envelopes used. It was made back in 1998, so it fits with what several artists were doing back then. Overall it's pretty ho-hum sounding; it's got a lot of room for improvement; but it is still kind of catchy.
