It's the Amiga version of Dune (Frank Herbert's book adaption to the game, not The Battle for Arrakis). Sadly this game only had 3 songs (this song, Ecolove and Fremens), while the DOS version had more songs, but Ecolove missing.

It's not a bad replication of "sign of the worm", though some parts do seem to have been omitted and a few extra notes have been added (though this is understandable, considering that it's a fairly complicated piece being turned into a MOD).
