This piece has a rather good chord pregression, however it feels a bit tame at times and could have been elaborated more. I don't know if the chords (3 chords, 3 samples) were sampled from a synth or taken from an existing song. I prefer one sample where you put chords individually, especially nowadays when memory-issues are no longer in most cases a problem. The melodies accompanying the chords are sadly not good save for a few patterns and they should have got a bit more attention before release. A few soundeffects are totally malplaced and should have been removed. The result is a rather unimpressive mod. This is this songs major downside. The composer doesn't use effects more than occasional volume changes and speed changes. The volume changes are too few and the result is that the composer must use identical channels which makes the experience of listening to the mod a painful one. Some samples are of good quality but most samples used are too boistered. It is better to use volume effects and it doesn't make the samples sound terrible. Technically this is far from being a masterpiece.
