At first I thought this was meant to be a chip-song, because it has a very 'chippy' sound to it. I also thought it wasn't that bad. But about 20 secs into the tune, I was attacked by the drums. They are horrible, with a very annoying snare drum. There is a lead which isn't that bad, but you really don't notice it because of the drums. The B-section more or less sounds like two 'chords', because you really don't notice the lead. The ending is kinda cute, though, which made me raise the rating by 1 point. Technically, this song is very simple. Few effects are used, and with the same settings all the time. Also, the the pitch is generally very high, which works for the 'chippy' samples, but since this is not a chip-tune, it sounds a bit... bad. The samples are of a rather low quality, and the loops aren't that well made. They have an 'old' sound.
