Return to Nebula 9 by Gopher <4:26> Copyright_26-5-2002 Kevin Chow All rights reserved. Greets: Crimson King, zepsi, Cryssalid, Libris, Eterman and a big tnx to Dreamsection, the inventor of this title and Nitzer, who gave me the lead instrument in his trax The Adventure. Not my usual genre, but I think it worked out okay. The lead instrument is very good, but very noisy by today's stand -ards. Not much I can do about that since I don't have the right software for proper noise removal. I expec t that most of the samples are crap - at least half date bak to 1994. Now, Player preference DO NOT play this in WinAmp, since WA can't do Sample Offset (9xx) and Portamento to any degree of accuracy. Yep, Cubic, XMPlay, Modplug, whatever, just not WA. Excellent. Gopher doing something upbeat and synthpop like is quite a change for me to hear, mainly because he's usually doing orchestral stuff these days. This track is quality, excellent leads, although the chord progression eventually does get a bit stale after a while. The bombasticiticy of the drums, synthleads and organ mix well as do most of the other elements. I'd recommend this for a download, yup :)
