The MODs with vocals are rather rare, so this one is of course interesting but unfortunately very far to be perfect. What can I say about vocals First that the vocalist with his opera-singer voice almost destroyed this generally not bad metal ballad. But it would be acceptible if these vocals fit to the song (sure they dont) and all it sound like someone is talking to himself while the song is playing. The lyrics are quite naive, but if youre sentimental you may drop some tears listening to such lines: The fire of metal was dying / What kind of sadist would want a music-form die? / Heavy metal to the end! and s.o. Now about good things this song has a pretty nice instrumental, especially guitar solos. Unfortunately (again) the technique (look below) is very-very poor. First of all - only lamers multiply tracks because of instruments low volume it this song some tracks are even quadriplied. Then, theres a very cool and simple effect that helps to reach a better sound echoing. Solo guitar definitely must have echoes, vocals must be louder and more echoed. Ive already tried it with this song sounds a lot better.

Suddenly it was a shame if you knew how to play. Forced underground we knew our time would come. Until the very end we would fight as one. Slowly we were rising fighting all the lies. What kind of a sadist would want a music- form die? When our name was cleared and we stood in the light, we knew we had to be strong or we would vanish again to the night. A metal song with lyrics. Neat. The orchestra hits during the chorus are a little weird. The guitars don't sound very real, but at least you can tell they are guitars! The funny thing is that this is relatively soft metal and the title of the song is "Heavy Metal to the End." :)
