The piece opens with an acoustic guitar riff, adds in a bass beat, and you've pretty much heard the whole piece there. It's fairly pleasant to listen to for a while, but there's really not much imagination or innovation to this. The guitar riff defines the piece, even in the breaks when it's not being played, and the song suffers because of that. If the author had used a bit of variation here and there, it might have sounded much better, but there's just nothing impressive at all about this piece. There's not a lot to speak of in the technique, here. The samples are good for the most part except for a noisy bass, and it's spread out across the stereo soundscape decently. Other than that, though, there's just... Nothing. There's nothing to complain about, there's nothing to compliment, because there's just... nothing there. Overall, this piece isn't bad, but it really isn't good, either. It fits the definition of "average" better than anything else I've yet seen.
