2nd opinion, I recognize the song it's from (Chicago - Hard To Say I'm Sorry), and I'm aware that the original IS better. But I can't pin from whom this song was actually done by. Therefore, I'll commend it for being... Ahem, decent vocals. Otherwise nothing amazing.
