This music seems to have jumped straight out of the late '80s, and onto your computer. It doesn't sound bad, but it definitely sounds empty. It screams out to have at least one more track added in, possibly some sort of a melody line... In fact, if this piece just had some vocals dubbed in over it, it could suffice as an excellent work in its own right. But it's missing something vital, and until it gets a boost, it will just sit on the shelves. This piece is mostly synth samples, small enough to keep it down to 106Kb, which is a good thing. It's produced technically enough to be pleasant upon the ears, which is another good thing. There's nothing else about this piece technically, period, which is a bad thing. For the most part, the same problem that plagues the musical side also rears its head on the technical side: This piece is blatantly lacking some key element. Listen to it to hear what "unrealized potential" sounds like defined in one short piece.
