The first thing that caught my attention was that the bass samples dominated the piece quite a bit (in otherwords, they were a bit loud compared to the rest of the piece). I really liked the ambient chords. To me, they were the best thing about the piece. The flute that entered around 1:45 could have been used more (maybe a better melody). Although the piece falls nicely into the category of drum and bass, it just didn't have the feel of a professional drum & bass track. The drum samples were a bit noisy (especially the drums that opened the piece). On the other hand, the ambient chords and the sound clips were very nicely done. The song would have been more pleasing to listen to had the composer equalized the bass and cleaned the drum samples up a bit.
