How very upsetting. This was the first ever mod I uploaded that wasn’t rejected from the new uploads folder (and I’d uploaded a lot by that point - you should have seen me when I realised it had been added, all the jumping for joy and giggling, going “teehehehehehehee“ - fun times).
This track demonstrates my amazing use of the copy and paste function within Scream Tracker. It also shows a technique I like call “repeat the same bloody thing over and over again until people want to kill you”.
Throw in a crap clap for good measure? Why not!
And let's be honest Alex, it's not insane at all, is it now? Now go to your room and think about what you've done! - Alex Smith

*-------Last Of '97-------* By Alex Smith ------------- I'm sitting here, waiting for '98, and Adam says (jokingly) 'Write one last song of '97?'. So I did. Between 11:50-11:57 31/12/97 I made this mod. And then put it on the Archive just minutes after it was made and 1998 started. That's insane! --------------------------- JIA.SMITH_VIRGIN.NET --------------------------- FREESPACE.VIRGIN.NET/ JIA.SMITH ---------------------------

My god... if I hear that sequence of notes repeat one more time, I'm going to kill something (preferably the artist)!!! At first, I recall having thought to myself, 'Wow; what a wistful tune for a techno song', and I was impressed. The only problem is, the tune never changes; ever. Near the very end, it shifts key once, and that's it. Nothing too great in the sample department, and nothing fantastic is used in any other sense. Honestly, I'm suddenly glad that 1997 is over...
