This is a rock song, but I found it to be a little boring. Part of this is due to the repetition of patterns - there are 32 orders, but only 17 patterns. The rule of thumb in this song seems to be "play one melody, and then repeat it." There's just not enough in the melody to keep me interested as I listen. The chords for the guitar lead are an interesting idea, adding a new lead every pattern over four patterns until you get the whole chord - but I don't think it's very well executed technically. All in all, this song underwhelmed. Samples are some of the same ones I've heard time and time again in other songs, and I've liked their usage more in other songs than in this one. Volume levels don't work: the guitar lead (instrument 7) gets way too overpowering in patterns 10-13 (sequence used twice). The panning should have been different for the lead as well - it sounds awkward to have them all shift right and then left in unison. The author did little in the way of controlling the volume and panning within the song, and it ended up sounding messy.
