A more complete title for this song would have been "Steel: An Excercise in Loud Repetition". And that's exactly what it was. There was no introduction, it just started playing REALLY REALLY LOUD. There was no ending, either. And now that I think about, there was no melody, so all the fundamentals of a good song were missing from this one. Just extremely loud percussion and acid samples playing for the duration. It seems like this entire song was written using sequences. It's the samples writing the song and not the author. The result? An extremely weak song that's basically just the sequences repeating for two and a half minutes. No real technical skill at all was demonstrated in this.
