I liked this song. It has a very listenable melody, and it's a very solid all-around track. One of the better chip songs that I've heard recently. It probably could have been longer, but this could very well be a tune made for an intro or other such thing. I particularly like what was done with patterns 5 and 6, as it added just enough variety to the song. It's not a masterpiece of epic proportions, but it's a fun little listen. Simple, but effective. Everything sounds pretty authentic to the chip style. The percussion was done as well as can be expected for this style of music. Effects are used sparingly, but they're used, and to the benefit of the song. Arpeggios sounded fine enough for the song. The author did a good job of using the first instrument, for both the "chords" and the lead. Good use of resources there.
