I assume the title refers to the character of Kintaro Oe from the anime series Goldenboy. The author of this song seems to have a good idea of how punk rock music is constructed, and I heard some good musical ideas in here. The problem I had with it is that it kept on playing the same theme without much variation at all. There were some tempo changes and interludes that gave it a bit of variety, but on the whole, I found this song to be not terribly appealing. The various sound effects samples used, such as the slide whistle, gave the song some flavor, but in the end I couldn't figure out what purpose they had for being there. This is a decent song, and punk enthusiasts may find it to be worth listening. On the technical side of things, the author exhibits some skill as a tracker. Not all of the samples blare at maximum volume the whole time, and there's some creative use of volume sliding with the main guitar. There's limited use of effects, but they are used. The sample set is fairly simple, and I swear I've heard those guitars somewhere before. Not terribly high quality samples, but they get the job done, and none of them bothered me when I was listening.
