This song is a FastTracker mod with a creepy, goth feeling to it. It is, however, altogether too repetetive, and I didn't think that some of the sample choices were really appropriate for this style. For example, the lead guitar - it just didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the song. Overall, I'd say this song just wasn't able to captivate me. It has some good musical ideas, and perhaps with some better samples and technique, this could be a good song - but as it is, it just isn't enough. Those percussion notes were too close together at a high speed - it didn't sound right. Not great sample quality, and I'm really unsure about the use of the piano: in the introduction, some piano notes are played several octaves below its optimal range. This results in it sounding more like a bizarre, distorted cello than a piano - which may have been the goal - but it would have been easier to get a low string sample instead of using the piano sample in this manner. Better sample choices could have improved this song.
