Entry for the third SWC: SimpleWave Compo.

The sample pack contained sine, square, triangle, saw ramp waves and noise.

The end of the first part (order 011..015) had some nice feedback in my IT 2.14 with the DirectSound drivers on Win98, but I haven’t managed to hear that ever since. So the thing you don’t hear at the end is that.
