This is my third MOD overall and I'm beginning to enjoy this now. I
fancied oding something with a different kind of beat, so I went into
overdrive mode and created this tune with the heavy drums. I quite
like this one myself, which probably means everyone else will hate it.
Not to worry - if you don't like this, go and get something else
instead to listen to.

This is called Life Outside The Mind for reasons that bear no
resembalance whatsoever to my natural way of thinking about things.
It's called LOTM because it seemed to go well with the tune. Why am I
dwelling on this? It's the music that counts I suppose, and not the
"Here's my latest song title with some music I found in the gutter
last Tuesday" way of thinking.

Now I can say hello to somebody whom I consider to be an expert on
these MOD matters (well, he's an expert compared to me anyway - he
has nearly 3 years experience - I only have three months - so that
makes him an expert in my eyes). If you regularly wander around the
MOD scene, he goes by the name of "Smiff" (crap pun coming up next!)

Hello to Alex Smith ("Smiff" - told ya!) He lives on the internet at
http://www.smiff.btinternet.co.uk and knocks out some really good
tunes. If you visit him, do say "hi" to him from me, and expect an
eight letter word beginning with "b" and ending with "s" to come
your way if you get really friendly with him. He knows what I'm
talking about, even if nobody else does. So what's new there then?
