The pure master of tracking, numero uno, god... He's Purple Motion. A song composed for some game, and ofcourse the true rating could only be done if I would see the game and how the music fits. But as an independent song, this works just great. Though I categorized it as an gamemusic song, which it definetly is, it is much like an ambient creation. Flowing in the dark skies and watching some skyscrapers and neon-lights glow that flash from the city far away... Beautiful to listen to and a must download for anyone interested in tracking. Only thing to complain is it's shortness, but that could be forgiven for knowing that the song was composed for a game. The tracking is divine here. No untuned samples, no hurting sounds, no repetition or lacking of interest. The song is just awesome.

Starts with a very hypnotic bass line and sorts out to be a catchy pop tune. Sometimes the lead synth get's some weird changes and it doesn't sound so great, but most of the time the samples make a fine combination. Samples are lousy for an .S3M, better work there and the song would have improved itself. Also sometimes the fills don't quite fit in and the tune get's a bit messy. But still a pretty enjoying tune, and that beginning is top notch... just love that base line!

A really nice ambient song. A minor problem is the sample quality, but that makes it sound like a classic. I like the leads a lot. The lead transition at 1:38 is really weird, however. The loop is nicely blended. Overall, it's a really great song.
