Now this is very nice and refreshing piece of music. It is quite artistic actually and it is hard for me to categorize it into any specific style. It has a popish drums behind, but the piano and strings are special enough to make this song interesting... Never heard of this artist before and at least this moment I cannot find him from our artistlist. The intropart consists from really nice pianos and from spooky string. The beginning actually sounds like from some sort of scarymovie.=) You know, like from the moment, where innocent young woman is travelling in the dark house and has no idea that a lunatic killer is behind the corner... Well, then the mood relaxes a bit when the drums come along and the piano gets a little more happier attitude. Some sort of cello in the background sounds nice too. Now the song rolls on for a while without major changes, but then... Towards the end that piano gets high and the athmospehre is hypnotic. I really enjoyed the ending. It was effective enough to give you that "close-your-eyes-and-enjoy"-feeling.=) Overall very nice tune, but may not open to everyone. Worth checking. Tracking was simple actually. Drums remained almost similar through the song, but then again piano was used very well and it varied a lot. Samples were 8-bit quality except for the pianos and strings. Artist didn't used many effects, but who cares? this track works perfectly without those too.=) Nothing to complain, nothing special to flatter about. Good job, hope to find some more of this guys works.=)

Hi there, Wolfi from the past. Over 20 years ago, I used to write tunes in FT2, this was the first one I uploaded. Back in the days you had to have like 3 tracks uploaded and approved, to even be permitted aquiring an Artist's name. Now, 20 years later, I uploaded a 2nd tune, which I missed out back then. Morgenroete. Under my "new" name "wolfengange". So when it comes to rating, I'd say, my track is still enjoyable. That's good enough. Highly subjective, I know. But still. After 20 yrs you should be able to have the right amount of distance to your own works. Or do you?
