string 1 boomtring string 2 string 3 echoing flute kick 1 kick revhat kick 2 kick 3 dub snare snare kick 4 hihat bass the sixth Mantra ; Soi Hiau (c) Poison Mick Ivy the sixth mantra, made in a few hours of finding the right samples... surprisingly enough this is NOT what I had in mind when I said I was going to make a little LESS songs per week... I mean, THIS is rediculous. 2 songs on the same DAY! maybe it's 'cause I'll be on holiday the next month.. who knows. CERTAINLY NOT ME. (..two mod's on one day... pffff. why..WHY? ) greets to all my friends (yes, I know that's easy to write, but I don't feel like writing greets) thanx to whoever sampled these great samples... I've got to get myself a sampler... I mean, a smp library is cool and stuff, but have to choose between approx. 3000 samples is beginning to get on my nerves... especially since I forgot which I did, and did not use already... bummer. ah well. enjoy this one! -PmI- existing release date : 21 june 1996 A.d. <same day as poison51> 7 minutes, 8 seconds. 150 BPM

Starts with orchestral hits and a shamen yelling some of his mantras or something. From the beginning the song sounds much more promising then the other mantra tunes so far, with many melodies going on, instead of just one bass line or string progression. A shame that the breakbeat doesn't quite fit to the song, the melodies are quite good in this one. The song goes still on quite smoothly, and is more interesting to listen, then some of the mantras before. So far this and the 1st mantra are the best sounding of the series. Ofcourse this one has it's share of repetition too, but still it's richness of sounds and melodies is quite nice to listen to. A trancey song that hits slightly above the average mark. I've said it in some other mantra song review, this song (like almost all of the series tunes) would fit well for background listening, but for real listening and enjoying people might want to look some more.
