Luv You Love You Hate You <-*--------**---------*-> Alex Smith <-*-**-*-> Something I went through recently is the inspiration behind this. Those that know me best know what that thing was. Let's just say I feel like a much stronger person now. I've been looking back over some of the notes I wrote on mods a year, two years ago. I think I've changed a lot since then. I used to be depressed all the time, didn't feel like I had a hope in the world. Now, I can see how wrong I was. Make sure you listen to this with filters and stuff turned on! This song represents the style of simple beauty. It is not complex or filled with great solos or anything, but simple drums, bass and lovely strings. First it raises into hights and then it starts to fly in the sky. I really like the chords in this piece and the athmosphere is something "touchable". I also liked the windbells that blend to strings quite well and give something special to the song. Once again it is proved, that when there really are some strong feelings behind the song, it sounds good, without millions of effects or 16 bit samples. I guess that this piece will ever need any effects more than there is since it works anyway. Drums are very simple and that is propably the only thing that left me that "somethings missing here"-feeling, but it doesn't sound bad this way either. This track played about 30 minutes in a row, and I didn't got bored to it. Worth trying at least. Nice job.
