Now this is a great ambient song with a bunch of awesome synthetic samples and a melancholic atmosphere. The song mainly consists of 3 sections. In the first section there plays a melody that makes the song sound really melancholic and gives you the feeling of loneliness. This melody goes along with background strings that add to this feeling. In the second section the melody is rather restrained and some sort of overdriven guitar plays along that helps the song to be not boring or repetitive at all. In the third section the melody comes back and sounds even more melancholic. At the end the song loops to the beginning. This song mainly contains synthetic samples that fit together very well. The fact that several samples are 8 bit does not decrease the quality of the samples much. The background strings use panning effects and also the melody is made up with many tone portamento and vibrato effects that give the song more complexity. Drums are sometimes filled up with a little bit of echo which adds to the atmosphere of the song. In overall: A great ambient song that definitely is worth a download.
