The technical rating should never outweigh the musical rating, but in this case, it does. The song is okay, but the voice samples from Star Trek are distracting and take away from the overall effect of the song. The song is also a little repetitive, always something that kills a good song. Technically, it's pretty good. The samples blend fairly well (except the voices), and it has a good realistic sound. But the quality of the song really brings down the overall rating a lot.
