Hehe, that's because all the samples were made using just your voice and a microphone. It was part of the Praetonic Voice Competition back then :)

To be true, I really don't understand this kind of music. First there is lots of screaming and then samples start to play melodies that don't fit to each other. This song is pretty weak. Samples were pretty good, but it doesn't help much here. If the instruments play out of tune that already ruins a lot of the feeling in the song.
