NWO by Ministry in .mod format. A module is old but not quite good without 'real' distorted guitars. Also, samples were ripped from the song itself (the author didn't even try to edit them to remove the guitar noise) but it is understandable – there was no YouTube back in those days and finding a recording of Bush sr's speech about New World Order was quite a task.
