Radovec's Dream

I wrote  a story set in a time, long ago,
when great glaciers sculpted the earth, and
people who were just as foolish as us lived
out their lives as best they could. Since it
was a fantasy, a certain amount of magic was
allowed...

One of the characters in that first tale became
so real that he had to have a story of his own.
So I kicked his ass 30,000 years into our own
time. It was a cruel thing to do, to take him
from the people he loved and the way of life
that he knew and throw him into an alien world.
It nearly killed him, and drove him very close to
the edge of madness. He survived only because
someone crazy enough to care took him in when he
had given up trying to live.  The man that saved
him was a musician. Radovec found some kind of
sanity as a drummer in a rock band. He is still a
practicing shaman, and a pretty good tracker. ;)

There was no way he could ever go back.
This is his dream of home.

It is a a vision of a lost past and a
desperate future. The Earth is ravaged and
defiled. Humanity is its own enemy. Rado's
heart is torn by his inability to turn the
tide of hatred and destruction.

Only you can help him...

I got some samples from free sample packs
from the Mod Archive. I had to doctor them, in
some cases-- or should I say Frankenstein them?
Icould either searh the www for hours and
download piles of junk (some of which turns out
to be JUNK), or have at it with Soliton, Sampled,
and/or Audacity. No rips, anyway. Some of it is
stuff that comes width Modplug Tracker, so dear
to my heart ;) Then there are the odd bits I
found somewhere and cut the right snippets out
of... duh...
