This piece has a very fast moving beat, with a solid, if mildly minimalist, melody. This is exactly the kind of stuff I like to dance to, although to do anything else but dance to it would be quite more difficult. SpeedBall changes tacks just often enough to keep the beat interesting, and always sticks to the main concept. Here is where this piece really shines. I count at least three different beat patterns constantly moving in this song at any given time, and they move so smoothly together that you're just swept along with them. The song is a non-stop move fest, and you can't help but move with it.
