This song has a very simple beat and a boring melody. I guess it is meant to be techno but sounds more like game music. It's slow and other than the simple beat and synth, there's only a clap and fast percussion. The melody seems to be driven by a lack of motivation. It isn't terrible though. Very simple this one. I didn't see any effects. The notes just seem to be placed without any unique concept or plan for a good melody. Some of the samples are 8bit and others are 16bit. They sound fine but many just aren't right for the song. It's not very good modding at all.
