EXPLANATION OF THE SONG


        This song is a blend of all Archie-related inside jokes my cousin
and I came up with.

        We all know the "Archie" comic books series; since the stories in
these books are always quite old, I was wondering with my cousin, Eric
Beaulieu, where the characters were today, in real life... We ended up
with a scenario saying that Archie himself now had a gay bar and all the
regulars of this bar have a big crush on Reggie Mantle, the snob guy of
the series; this is why they want a "Sexy Night" with him.

        My cousin came up with the "I want a sexy night with you Reggie"
rhyme, to which I added music and quotes from others of our characters,
giving the most popular song in Archie's club and (yes, it's true!) my
favorite ever.


WHO IS SAYING...

 - "Mon ami"  (My friend)
 * Big Moose, the big stupid guy, approaching everyone with this phrase
   and a big hug.

 - "Tout est securitaire"  (Everything's safe)
 * Mister Lodge, Veronica's father, transformed into a malfunctioning
   android after some accident. Always hooking on that phrase just before
   blowing up.

 - "J'aime pas les filles"  (I don't like girls)
 * Jughead Jones; quote taken directly from the comic books (he really
   says that he doesn't like girls!)

 - "D-huh, c'est pas Reggie Mantle avec moi, OK?"
   (It's not Reggie Mantle here with me, OK?)
 * A little while ago, Reggie was wanted by the mafia and Big Moose invi-
   ted him to a restaurant precisely frequented by the major part of
   Riverdale's mafia; "Don't worry Reggie" said Moose, "I'll tell them
   that you're not yourself". With these words, he kindly grabbed the poor
   protesting Reggie by the neck and slammed the restaurant's door open,
   shouting...

 - "Ah! C'est le beau Reggie"  (It's the beautiful Reggie)
 * Edgar Werthers; a nasty, wicked and obsessed (but absolutely harmless)
   old pedophile of our creation, integrated in our Archie's stuff just
   for fun.
