Throughout the song, the strings in the background break each time the tone changes. It's slow and the notes seem to be placed in without any thought to a main melody. Then an horrible laser sound comes in, and it is bad. There's also a pop in the drums. The writer had a good concept here but just couldn't pull it off. The samples are real bad. They sound like they were recorded with a 20 year old radio shack tape recorder. The notes do stay in sink but there doesn't seem to be a purpose for them except to fill up empty space. Some effects are used but not very well. I think for the most part, the ability of the samples hinders any quality effects.
