Even though this was the original Spring Again that provoked so many remixes, I would definately recommend downloading some of the remixes instead. The drum track included with this piece doesn't seem to suit it as well as the remixes, and the piece in general was done better on later remixes. However, there is a lot more backup atmospheric strings, adding to the fullness of the piece. If you absolutely loved the remixes, then by all means download this piece. If you weren't a fan of the remixes, then the original isn't any better. Not much worth mentioning here, for most of the technique is run-of-the-mill. The backup was done well, and some of the melody was also very well done. However, the drum track was uninspiring, and the piece really doesn't have much of an end (so do the remixes, but its more evident and stands out like a sore thumb in the original). Average tracking technique. Like many of Carillion's pieces, however, excellent sample quality is prominently displayed.
