One of my most favorite modules of all time. It is quite long, but I enjoy all of it. I feel when a person composes their own music, the song should be as long as they want it to be! Art should not be cut down to length! I look forward to listening to more of Hangover's music!

The sample text doesn't show up in ModPlug Tracker, but when I use XMplay, it's there! It's made by Hangover using Betrayer's guitars in 1999. It's a nice metal tune, but I think it's a little too long. The lead guitar doesn't sound very good with the rest of the stuff. It sounds like a keyboard. The rhythm guitar is good, though. It sounds pretty realistic. The drums are also nice.

First all, this module contains outstanding sample quality - especially the guitars. However, my only problem with this is it sounds a little repetitive. Otherwise, worth the download.

Anyone who ever tried probably knows how hard it is to get Metal and heavy guitars to sound right... but this has to be the one single best Metal mod i've ever heard. Too bad the artist hasn't left any clue whatsoever as to who he is! Sample quality is high, especially the bass drums and cymbals, who are very realistic and really high quality. The guitar samples have been used in a really good way. The lead quitar tend to sound a bit wimpy at times, but that doesn't lower the overall impression much. So, whoever did this... keep it up! I love it.

I made this track, my name is Joni Kantonen. You can contact me at joni.kantonen@gmail.com. I used the nick Hangover to make tracked metal mods in 98-1999 with Impulse Tracker. In July 99 I changed my nick to Assassin and released more metal mods and experimented a bit with other genres too.
I think one of my last modules was "Abuse", which had my own guitar samples. It's dated 17 Oct, 2001. Soon after that I played a few years of guitar, lost interested in tracked music, and eventually lost interest in guitar playing, too.
Ever since I've had the desire to start making music again and sometimes even downloaded some software, but never took the time to make any tracks again.
