Excllent music with a lot of athmosphere. Great melody in an ambient/folk style and very good samples. Very great track!
As always with Warder, this could have been on the soundtrack for Braveheart. (Not that that is bad in any way =)). Flutes play the main part of this a bit too long tune in my opinion. It is not as exciting as I would expect from a guy like Warder who seems to have thought a lot about musical theory (read the text on his homepage, it's pretty good) and I've heard a lot more interesting works by him. Still, this tune is pretty high-quality as always with warder. Well, what's there to say? Great samples (on the plus account), lotsa channels (eats all the power from my 75MHz CPU) and it's an .it so I can't have a much closer look than that.

In Her Eyes "Only the constant change is permanent." he thought, his feet splashing into pools of rainwater. If only he could return to her; tell himself that he had misread her. But he had seen it; in her eyes, the anguish his love had become for her. Too kind to break his heart, she had tried to hide it. But he had seen. He had reached his decision quickly, and now he walked through the rain - alone. - - - I would have called it "Deep in Her Eyes" if that title wasn't already taken <s>. The first song I have released which follows the new harmony theory I am developing. How can I describe it? Scandinavian tradition meets Vangelis with an Irish interlude? I don't know about you, but I think it's weird that I used only one and a half hours in sampling the guitar sequences and piano and two and half hours in composing and tracking this one.
