Classification: Chaotic Demostyle Musical Rating: Good Woah! This module is totally crazy! It sounds like everything is playing completelly randomly! Extremly original! I just can not describe it at all! I do not seem to be able to memorize the melody/random 8-bit samples; and who can blame me? You better see for yourself - you'll definitelly go "what in the bloody world is this?!"! Whether that is a negative "what in the bloody world is this?!" or a positive one is up to you. I enjoyed this... a bit. It may be worth to note that this is Abyss's first module made back in 1990. Very "kewl" module for a beginner. I remember myself making something that went out of beat my first time... Dunlending, I think it was called... but that's another story! Technical Rating: Amateur Well, um, this is the first module of Abyss so there are few effects. The few effects that are used are good, though. Crazy octave techniques and nice "craming" of all the SFX:s. All samples are old 8-bit samples of low 8.2kHz sampling rate which was pretty much standard back in the days of the old ProTracker - which I strongly suspect this module was made with. I guess there are little use in critizing and commenting the technique further of a module made over 15 years ago. //Eagle
