This is not all bad, but it's definately not all good either. It is not the work of an absolute beginner, but some mistakes have been done. First of all, what happened to chaos, of expression beyond that of pure 100% harmony? Harmony is nice at some times, but this tune is boring. Why? Because it aims to be. There is nothing (intentional at least) that makes this tune interesting. You forget how the melody went the second it stops playing. Secondly, it is too cluttered with sounds. Don't know if this belongs here or in the tech part, but I think there's a bit too much treble and far too little bass. What's good then is the fact that (from time to time) it has a small touch of originality. Some of the samples are good, some are worse (the sampled speech for instance) in quality. There are a lot of panning effects used, almost too much of it. This, and the hihats, makes the tune become annoying if you are listening to it in the background. (It is aimed to be relaxing, atleast I think so). 32 channels are used, when about 12 would do the work.
