It's a very well put together tune. I really enjoyed it - it felt very energetic and cheery. I just didn't like the drum samples, as they were not very chippy - they were extremely realistic, like electric drums. Try using samples that sound more like they came from the same hardware as the other samples.

This music has all what a very good "happy chipmusic" needs. Very good melody, very good samples and the right piece of happyness. Nice music!
