All this mod is is a sampled in copy of one of the original Animaniacs songs. To be quite honest it was a waste of time uploading, as its poorly looped and had glitches all the way through. If i remember correctly, Modarchive's conditions specifically said not to sample in whole songs (go read in the Unfilteres Uploads section of the archive). Although its a humerous song, it does nothing more that play badly for a really short time (like 29 seconds). A nice try, but its not a remix, its not original and its certainly not worth bothering over. Awful sample quality with looping glitches everywhere. No effects used, no originality and defilitly no artisit skills involved here. Overall: If it had been made a remix with some new ideas and variations, may be also with some better quality samples, then it would have been far more entertaining. As it is, it's a waste of space.
