A word of advice for Little Elk: Repetitiveness is NOT! I repeat NOT the continuous use of one instrument. Anyone with real musical talent (no offence) can tell you this. This song is beautiful. I play this song on repeat almost everyday. The chords and strings are supurb. The beat is... well... original shall I say, and this makes it better all the same. Again, A song can sound absolutely perfect and nice using just 1 instrument. Look at all the famous symphonies by various European legends. They all use mainly one instrument! Nicely done. The effects used to control the leads such as the portamento are done especially well! To tell you the truth, there isnt anything bad I can point out about this song. In my opinion, the only thing wrong that I can see is the title. A bit lame in my opinion. And I stress. MY OPINION!

Done By LittleElk -99 Time:-4:15- of The Music Makers Ver.:-1.00- (PgDwn) Written When I Thought All Inspiration Had Left Me For Good... A Mixture of Inspiration From Karsten Koch, Azo And Zepsi. Three Musicians I Regard Highly. The Strings Are Especially Inspired By Azo, It Took Me Three Years Before I Could Put Together That String Progression... Kinda Makes Me Want To Cry... The Bassline Is Inspired Both By KK And Zepsi, And The Lead And Drums I Like To Think Are Mine Alone, Even Tho The Drums Are Abit KKish... The Tempo Is Somewhat Special As You'll See If You Play This Track In Impulse Tracker... Sorry For The Repetition But The Chords Were Hard To Vary For Me Still ... ___________________________________________________________________________ ... The Great Wind Rose Before The First Mountain And The First Sea. Before Man And Even Before Religion. The Great Wind Rose And Carried Time On It's Shoulders, And Everywhere It Swept, It Brought Change. Sometimes As The Cold Breeze, Sometimes As The Raging Storm. It Brought Life But Also It Brought Death. The Great Wind Rose Before The Sun The Egyptians Vorshipped And Before The Planets The Romans And Greeks Named. It Rose Before The Galaxy And Even Before The Universe. And As It Swept, It Brought Motion. And Everywhere It Swept, There Was Creation. The Great Wind Brought Life, As Certainly As Did It Bring Death. It Was All This. Life, Death. Love, Despair. It Was Then, As It Is Now, All Part of The Great Wind. And EveryWhere The Great Wind Sweeps, It Brings Change... ___________________________________________________________________________ Greets Go Out To All My Friends On IRC. This is a neat genre. I believe it's ambient/rock/orchestral music (which is probably considered a ballad). Nice lead strings. Cool rock-ish beat. The addition of the tech-y bass is really nice. Nice song! 7 plus
