Overall Impression (7/10)

Nice guitar start, maybe the composer plays the guitar himself. The four chors (A, E, F, G) together are the repetitive theme of this song.
Then the organ that sets in is too loud, too blunt. Keep it down! The double melody is well done, but there are some almost-false notes.
The melody is repeated with other instruments/samples.
Fairly good, but easy drumpattern.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (3/10)

This can be done in 16 channels, instead of 32. For example, the channels 9&10 and 14&15 are playing exactly the same. The composer did this because it sound louder in that way. But that is not the way to make a compo: normalize the samples or bring the other music down!

The composer almost never uses anny effects. This is a shame, because the raw material in samples is just not that good enough. Best example is the mentioned organ, which is way too loud and blunt. Very easy to make this blend in, but this is omitted.

Note: when the song starts over in the loop, one instrument remains from the last pattern.

Development (5/10)

Some more melody-repetition with other instruments can work, but not in this song. Some samples, especially number 12, are really getting on my nerves.
The fact no effects are used really influence this song. The composer tries to fix it with some tricks like using more channels and it has to be said: he quite succeeds in this, but it should not be the way, if you get my drift.

Creativity (6/10)

Promising at start, boring at the end. Some alternation in bringing the sound back to the origin and giving it back is notable and makes it a bit more interesting, but you have to do more to keep the listeners interested.

Enjoyment (6/10)

Yes, the piece works... until a certain amount of time. Make a real bridge, cut the playing time in half (it is now 6 minutes and 30 and that is way too long), bring back the channels to 16 and use some effects.

Then it instantly might become an 8!

Additional Comment

Keeping in mind that making a slow, easy-listening song is quite hard, I want to encourage the composer to make more compo's and learn the software used.
