This little jingle is way
out of character for me. It
actually has a seasonal
feel to it! :)
Not that I'm a scrooge or
nuffink - just that I don't
usually sit down and decide
to write a song for any
particular occasion, I just
start off with whatever
comes into my head and go
from there.
Same with this. The pipey
harmony bit was buzzing
round in my head so that
kicked it off, and a few
days' work later my eldest
sister told me she thought
it sounded "Christmassy".
Cue the brainwave. :)
I slapped in a nice bell
sample and later did offset
on a breakbeat sample for
the sleighbell effect.
(Well, it's close enough.)
Hey presto. One luverly
Christmas jingle. That's
all it is, mind - it's only
little, but it's still nice
to have in the background.
My other sister thinks so
too so it *must* be good.;)

This is one of the better Christmas t00ns i've heard, Liam totally captures that Christmas season! Although, if I was dumb and didn't know how to turn off the speakers/computer, I'd probably be listening to this song forever because it doesn't end; it just keeps going, like a certain annoying bunny. All the samples were of high quality, and everything flowed nicely. Liam used nice effects to give the song that Christmasy feel. If you like Christmas then you should listen to this song.
