"You did", said I. by (M)Rated April 1999 My first release for 1999! The title came to me when I was reading Dickens' Great Expectations. I happened upon this bizarre (to us!) use of the English language and thought it quite fitting for this track. ENJOY! This song start out in a very calm way, with calm strings and some very calm backgroundsounds, then some african guy says something i couldent understand. And then the drums comes in, they are a bit to fast and doesnt realy fit in, but you get used to it. The song is still very calm even though them fast drums, i was very tired when listening to this song and i guess it fitted in perfect. It is very relaxing, exept for the drums. I realy enjoyed this tune, very soft and still fast. I enjoyed this tune very much, if it wasnt for those fast drums i would probably be bored already after the first minute. This artist has realy created a lovely piece of music. No comments on the instruments, exept that he used a couple of megasamples.
