Overall Impression (8/10)

Even if this wasn’t a 1-hour-compo song, it would be nice. But given it was made in 1 hour, this is excellent tracking. 32 channels are used in this song. I can’t do that if I worked on a song for a month! :)

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (9/10)

Excellent composition. The artist didn’t pick the samples, but they seem to be made for this song. Great work with horns and background choirs.

Development (7/10)

Everything is done well here. When the toms come in at 1:15 and then the melody that started the song leaves, it’s refreshing. It breaks up the monotony of the previous parts. The horns come in a bit later, and then a great synth melody. After that, the melody that started the song comes back with other cool stuff. After a while (maybe a too long while), it ends. The artist obviously knows his stuff. Great work for 1 hour.

Creativity (8/10)

Very creative work. It has the vibe of an OHC song, but it adds a lot more that’s unexpected.

Enjoyment (6/10)

I think if the song were a bit shorter it would help this rating. There isn’t a ton of exiting changes.
