alright, here are the rules for the gymnastics, which you can
do at pattern number 18:
at this point an old Dutch song starts playing. The original
title is: "Hoofd, schouders, knie en teen". if we translate that, it
makes     "Head, shoulders, knee and toe". first make sure that you know
the melody, because it is very important that you can sing along.
I have tried to translate the lyrics into English, so here it comes:

Head, shoulders, knee and toe, knee and toe.
Head, shoulders, knee and toe, knee and toe.
earlobes, eyeballs, right upon your nose
head, shoulders, knee and toe, knee and toe.

stand up straight
every limb you sing about, you are going to touch with both hands!
( when you sing "Head" you just touch your head on top. when it's
time for "Shoulder", touch your shoulders. when you sing "knee", bend
over and touch your knees. Same goes for "toe". at "earlobes", you touch your
ears. at "eyeballs" you touch your eyes and at "Right upon your nose" you touch
the top of your nose and make a funny face )

(!)  this is much more fun to do when you are with more people ( about 20
     persons ) and when you are drunk (It's more difficult then, too!)

(!)  read the rules above carefully before you trie and be sure you know the
     lyrics, because it goes very quickly.

(!)  note that this song was made with Mogplug Tracker. With Fasttracker pattern
     18 will be pattern 17. so don't start complaining that my information was
     incorrect.
